    Here, we'll go over some really good ways to Drive Traffic to your Affiliate Programs.
Some are Free.....and......Some require some money.  Although I love the Free ways, some of the paid ways have really worked good for me as well. The main thing is, they all work if done right...

FREE WAYS

1. Article Submission.... Writing articles is a great way to Drive Traffic to your affiliate program, Website, or Blog. You simple write an article pertaining to your product or niche and submit it to some good article directories. There is a list of the top directories on the  Article Directories Page. Keywords are important when writing your article. For instance, If say I was to write an article to drive traffic to this website, The title of my article would be, Starting Affiliate Businesses.  And through out the article I would be sure and place these keywords about 3 times. When someone goes to google and types in Starting Affiliate Businesses, I'll bet my article will be on the first page of google. Not to mention other people placing it on their blogs for content. When your done writing your article, be sure you put a link in the Authors BIO. to direct them to your site. In your bio, is where you also pitch your program. Example: For more great information go to YOUR LINK.com Getting the picture? If not we can discuss this more in the Forum on the Home Page.
2. RSS Feeds.....For websites and blogs you may have. I would take up this whole page trying to explain rss feeds and how they work so I'm going to let you find out more about this by clicking HERE. It does help get you some traffic.
3. Free Classified Ads..... Their free to use and a good way to get exposure to your product. Just be sure that they allow promotion of affiliate programs. Some don't.
   
4. Fresh content..... If you get a blog. be sure you always put fresh content on it, at least once or twice a week. This helps your site rank better. I always put articles from Ezine articles that pertain to my site once a week and try to write a short article myself, once a week. If you fill your blog full of other peoples articles, your putting nothing but duplicate content on your site. Thats not good either. So mix it up a bit.
5. Search Engine Submission...... These services will submit your site to all the search engines. This will help get your site get listed faster so it gets notice.
6. Social bookmarking..... Sites like digg.com, reddit.com, stumbleupon.com etc. can bring you some traffic as well. Here you can submit articles with in your niche as well. Here is a really good source that really goes into depth about social bookmarking. To see it click here

8. Inetgiant.....I just love this place... You can put up an ad for your product promotions,  and it will run for a whole month...FREE....This will Boost traffic.
9. Sokule....... Sokule offers services like a free website and web 2.0 social media applications to help it's members Promote their websites. Gets you traffic...Free.
10. Apsence..... Basically, it's the same as sokule. You will be surprised at the attention your site will get when you join these networks. Free traffic, I Love it..
11. SWOM...... This is like Sokule on steroids. Join for free and recieve even more traffic. These sites are great for exposure. If you need traffic, you need to join these social networks and get yourself noticed.
    
12. Squidoo..... Create a squidoo lens. Put links back to your sites or promotions. Great way to get traffic as well as assist in your google rank.
13. Hub pages... Creating a hub page will also help, just like a squidoo lens. When you make your hub, be sure and Link it to your site and your lens. Helps your site rankings that much more.
    

Paid Ways

1. PPC.... "Pay Per Click" This when you place an add on Google or other search engines. When someone clicks on your ad, you are charged a certain amount. Choose your keywords carefully. Here again, when dealing with pay per click when starting affiliate businesses, requires some work on your part to make it successful. 2. RAPID MASS TRAFFIC..... This should have been number one. This method of traffic generation has just launched the first week of March2010. This will change the way we all look at getting traffic. Explosive.
   
3. Facebook.... I can't think of any other way you can target your audience. Facebook is becoming the most visited site on the internet. They offer advertising where you can choose your audience... Now, there are places you can go to see Who your audience is. There are numerous places, but I'll show you the two I use... Quantcast.com...Compete.com. They show the Demographics of what type of people are searching for a particular subject....VERY POWERFUL.  It tells you what gender, age groups, cities, states. Once you know this, Put that ad up and watch the results come in.
4. Myspace.... Another popular social network to advertise on. Use Compete.com and Quantcast tools here also to Target your Audience. 
5. Ebay.... Whether your trying to sell something or advertise a product, this is Definitely a Buyers Place. When people go to Ebay's website, They are there to BUY.... Advertising on Ebays classifieds costs $10 for a Hole month. It's not uncommon to have 2-3000 people view your ad in a weeks time. All that exposure for 10 Bucks...Not Bad
6. Instant Article Wizard Pro.... This creates Unique articles,  which is Very important Now a Days.  If your like me, and hate writing articles about stuff you really know nothing about... This is the answer...
7. Blast Your Ad....There are No Monthly Fees....Literally Blast an Email to Millions of Targeted Buyers instantly. If your are even remotely considering an Email marketing campaign...This will definitely Drive a Lot of people to Your site Fast. Very inexpensive for what you get.
8. Mass Article Control....This is software that will not only save you boat loads of time, but will help you create your articles, tons of them, and then will submit them to the top directories, which as we know will bring floods of traffic, and help get your site at top rankings. Must have for people who seriously want to make money with Affiliate businesses.
